Training Schedule

Our trainings accommodate players of all levels, so whether you are new to the sport or a veteran, you’ll be sure to play some quality Ultimate Frisbee in all our sessions! We have training four times a week: two indoors, two outdoors. The competitive training is still open to all, however it is targeted to more experienced players wanting to develop their skills ready for tournaments and competitions. Leading up to regionals and nationals, we will have additional focused training, which will be separated into mens and womens. The general training schedule is as follows:

Indoor Training (beginner friendly) Monday 8-10pm Somers Town Community Sports Centre
Indoor Training (competitive) Tuesday 8-10pm Somers Town Community Sports Centre
Outdoor Training (beginner friendly) Wednesday 2-4pm Regents Park
Outdoor Training (TBC) Saturday TBC TBC

For those looking to participate more competitively in the sport, or who just want more practice, we like to organise throwing sessions around the campus outside of training sessions.
