Training Schedule


Our trainings accommodate players of all levels, so whether you are new to the sport or a veteran, you’ll be sure to play some quality Ultimate in all our sessions! We have general training thrice a week: one indoors, one outdoors, and one coached. Leading up to regionals and nationals, we will have additional focused training, which will be separated into men's and women's. The general training schedule is as follows:

Indoor Training         20 00 - 22 00 Somers Town Community Sports Centre

Outdoor Training      14 00 - 16 00 Regents Park Rugby Pitches

Coached Training      TBC

For those looking to participate more competitively in the sport, we like to organise throwing sessions around the campus outside of training sessions. We also have a fitness challenge scheme to encourage improving physicality and skills.
